Community Outreach

The Shenendehowa Head Start Program, based at Cheryl’s Lodge, offers both center-based and home-based programs for low-income families with young children. A weekly Senior Gathering provides an opportunity for housebound seniors to meet and socialize. All residents of Turf Community Park are eligible to participate in a weekly bread giveaway, GED Coaching Program and our Dispute Mediation Services. CAPTAIN provides free income tax preparation for families with incomes below $45,000.
